Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Her organization in a fun way is not only for herself, but her students so they can do better. Amanda cares about the students as individuals and does absolutely everything to make sure she meets them where they are and guides them along. Her knowledge in this subject area and ability to tie what you learn into some practical skills is amazing. I also have seen where her kindness, encouragement and patience has made the difference in a student staying in school and graduating. Side note: She spends a lot of her personal money on supplies that would make a project for the students more enriching.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

Her constant professionalism.
