• Ashland Homeless Task Force hoping to have an impact on the issue (wchstv.com) — Ashland city leaders and volunteers are working through a new 20-member Homeless Task Force to better understand and address why more people are living on the streets locally. The group has already met four times, is focusing on housing and root causes, and plans a citywide homeless count next month to guide future action without adding direct costs to the city budget.
