• Brazen burglar uses axe to steal from Grayson County jewelry store (wlky.com) — Leitchfield police are searching for a burglar who used an axe to break into several local businesses, including a jewelry store, and stole multiple pieces of jewelry just days before Christmas. Three neighboring shops were hit, with security video showing a camouflaged suspect smashing display cases and escaping quickly. Investigators are asking residents and nearby businesses to share any information or camera footage that might help identify the person responsible.
