Laurel County man arrested after deputies find him stuck in ditch during snowstorm (wtvq.com) — Laurel County deputies arrested a Middlesboro man they say was intoxicated after finding his car stuck in a ditch off U.S. 25, about 12 miles north of London, during Friday’s snowstorm. He was charged with public intoxication and taken to Laurel County Correctional Center as the investigation continues.
