Here at McCracken County Public Library, we’re looking for resources to get the word out on how we can help our neighbors affected by the deadly tornado that swept through Western Kentucky on the night of December 10th.

We’re also compiling information on how to help those who need shelter, food, and other items during this time. The information we have found has been distributed by the Paducah SunWPSDKentuckians For The Commonwealth, and the Facebook pages for the Chamber of Commerce for both Paducah and Mayfield.

For online applications to any housing or disaster assistance services, such as FEMA, the library can help! We have a free computer lab that you can access with or without a library card, and we offer tech help. We also have a courtesy phone in our Kentucky Avenue lobby, faxing and printing capabilities, charging stations, and free WiFi throughout our building.

We will update these lists as we learn more.
