• Elsmere approves multiple construction bids for end of year (linknky.com) — Elsmere’s council has approved several year-end infrastructure projects, including hiring Walton-based Eaton Asphalt for the Swan and Stallworth street reconstruction after it submitted the lowest bid. The city also entered a major funding agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for a new Buffington Road bridge and sidewalk, plus a cost-sharing deal on stormwater work.
