NSU "Soundbites" Collaboration Delivers Unforgettable Performances
Unique series, held in Iberville Dining Hall during dinner period, brings exceptional live musical performances to students

Sodexo Campus Dining at Northwestern State University (NSU) announces an ongoing collaboration with the University Programming Council (UPC) in presenting the "Soundbites" series. This unique series, held in Iberville Dining Hall during the dinner period, brings exceptional live musical performances to students, creating an engaging atmosphere.
Running from February to April, "Soundbites" features one performance per month, showcasing a diverse range of acts to cater to different musical tastes. The collaboration between Sodexo and UPC allows students to enjoy outstanding entertainment right in the heart of their campus while relishing the delicious offerings from the dining team.
In February, the series kicked off with a mesmerizing performance by the talented loop ukulele artist, Eems, who wowed the audience with his renditions of popular covers and original compositions. The event, held on February 27th, also included a unique interactive element, as Eems invited student Chris James to assist in creating a "school theme song."

Chris James expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, "The UPC and Sodexo Soundbites Collab event was amazing. It was so cool being able to watch a live performance while eating dinner. It was also really cool that the performer allowed audience interaction! 10 out of 10, I think this was a great event and can't wait to attend the next one!"
Building on this success, the next "Soundbites" performance is scheduled for March 19th, promising another evening filled with outstanding entertainment and community engagement.
