The program helps rural families fix presidentially declared disaster damage, guiding them through applications and home repair decisions so they can safely remain in their homes. 
• Water Woes: Sunset & Lewisburg-Bellevue Water System Boil Water Advisories (kadn.com) — Franklin’s municipal water system in Iberia Parish exceeded state turbidity limits multiple times from November through March 2025 and did not report the worst spikes to health officials within 48 hours. While no current boil advisory is noted, officials are working to fix treatment problems and bring the system back into compliance, and residents are being updated on corrective steps.
