• State police arrest drivers six months after fatal car crash in Reserve (lobservateur.com) — A Luling resident, 62-year-old Bobby Isaac, was among two people killed in an August crash in Reserve, and state police have now arrested both drivers involved. Investigators say one driver failed to yield and another was speeding nearly 30 mph over the limit, injuring six others, including three children. Both suspects face multiple negligent homicide or injuring and traffic-related charges.
