Dat Dog is a local restaurant which features gourmet sausages, all-beef hot dogs, and award-winning fries. Founded in 2011, it grew from a 475 s/f hot dog stand to a critically acclaimed restaurant featured in The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Travel Channel and Food Network.
Tulane Dining often partners with popular local restaurants for on-campus pop-up stations. The goals are to provide a unique dining experience, an opportunity for students to sample local favorites, and show support for area businesses.
