Tulane Dining Hosts Sodexo District Leadership Conference

Tulane Dining Services by Sodexo recently welcomed over 130 district dining managers from around the nation to New Orleans for a three-day conference.

The conference held on campus at Tulane University featured learning labs, networking, and a community oriented team building event creating snack kits for Second Harvest Food Bank, an organization leading the fight against hunger in South Louisiana by providing food access, advocacy, education, and disaster response.

The conference culminated in a NOLA-themed Sodexo awards event during which district managers received regional recognition for innovation, customer service, and performance.

The New Orleans fare was prepared by Tulane Dining Chefs Anthony Hustad, Jon Petrie, and Jason LeBouef.
