SUMMARY: This information technology support Ed. Tech. position is a school-year position. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks in support of education information technology, including basic troubleshooting and repair in direct support of teachers, students and other IT staff. This may include wired and wireless networking, telephone devices, client computing and supporting classroom educational hardware and software.

Responsibilities require independent decision-making on the appropriate processes to follow, processing information, and actions to take in accordance with standard procedures and best practices.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Technical certifications such as project management, Apple, Microsoft, networking, other preferred
• Maine DOE CHRC Approval Certificate required

START DATE: 3/1/22

SALARY: $16.93/hour (step 1) - $24.55/hour (step 17)
