Officers say he fled a traffic stop, was wanted on a warrant, and now faces several misdemeanor charges related to refusing to stop and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Councilor didn't violate Bangor ethics code by helping colleague get signatures, board says (bangordailynews.com) — Bangor’s Board of Ethics has cleared former city councilor Dan Tremble, ruling he did not violate the city’s ethics code by helping fellow councilor Cara Pelletier gather nomination signatures as a private citizen. The decision follows months of infighting on the Bangor City Council, and a separate ethics complaint involving Tremble and Councilor Wayne Mallar remains unresolved for now.
