• Playing cards given to inmates spark new hope for solving Maine's oldest cold cases (newscentermaine.com) — Maine’s new cold-case playing cards program includes a case tied to a Cornish home and motorcycle shop in nearby Newfield, where Sean Conway was last seen in 1991. Inmates at Maine State Prison now receive decks featuring 52 unsolved homicides and missing-persons cases, and investigators hope casual card games will spark crucial tips for long-waiting families across the state.
