• Fire destroys Wayne home, all residents escape safely (wgme.com) — A home at 29 Wood Road in Wayne was destroyed by fire Tuesday evening, but everyone inside escaped and only one person suffered minor injuries, according to the State Fire Marshal’s Office. Investigators say the damage is so extensive they haven’t yet determined what caused the blaze, and the inquiry is still ongoing.
