City Council: Amended Ethics Code & More on Agenda

Aberdeen City Council will hold a public hearing and discuss three other pieces of legislation when it meets Monday night at City Hall.

The regularly-scheduled council meeting is set for 7 p.m.

After opening with a public hearing regarding Ordinance No. 12-O-11, pertaining to the city code on utilities, the legislative session will include a resolution and two ordinances:

• Ordinance No. 12-O-12 » Water Capital Revolving Loan Program (For Adoption)
• Ordinance No. 13-O-01 » Ethics Ordinance Amended (For Introduction)
• Resolution No. 13-R-01 » Financing Sewer Equipment (For Introduction and Adoption)

The meeting will also include information about a recycling sticker contest.
