According to Karen Jolley, Chief of Public Affairs for Aberdeen Proving Ground, Harford County residents can expect to hear two shots about 15 minutes apart between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. Jolley said the detonations "shouldn't be overwhelmingly loud, but possibly more than we usualy have." Harford County Emergency Operations Center was being notified, Jolley told Patch in an email. Anyone with questions may contact Jolley at the APG public affairs office at 410-278-1147.
