PETS: Have a Home For Wilson, Minger or Angel?
The Humane Society of Harford County recommends the pets of the week.
From the Humane Society of Harford County:

Dog of the Week: Wilson
Age: 4 years
Color: White & Brown
Breed: American Pit Bull Terrier Mix
Gender: Male
Adoption Fee: $80 (reduced from $160)
Wilson is a well behaved sweetheart—and actually quite a gentle guy considering his large size. And that quirky one-eared flop is adorable. But he's no goofy—he's a smart one. He handles well on a leash and will sit on command for a treat and is learning to paw shake. He loves going for his walks around the grounds and given play time in the yard here. Come take this handsome boy for a walk and see for yourself! (P.S. I’m in the Lonely Hearts Club, so my adoption is 50 percent off).
Cat of the Week: Minger
Age: 3 years
Color: Black and White
Breed: Domestic Shorthair Mix
Gender: Male
Adoption Fee: $95 ($15 this weekend only during the aCATemy Awards)
Handsome Minger was surrendered to the shelter because his owners couldn't afford to take care of him anymore. Despite the situation that brought him to the shelter, Minger seems to be taking it all in stride, determined not to let it bring him down! As friendly as he is handsome, we're certain that Minger isn't going to be here at the shelter for very long! He absolutely loves dogs and is pretty cool with other felines. He loves looking out the window with his best friend, Quincy, a Great Dane. He is so, so sweet. One meet and he will surely win your heart. If he looks like your man, stop by and pay him and his feline friends a visit! (P.S. This weekend only is our second annual aCATemy Awards. We’re rolling out the red carpet and lowering the adoption fee of all cats & kittens to just $15!!!)

Small Critter of the Week: Angel 1
Age: 1 month
Color: White & Tan
Breed: Dwarf Hamster
Gender: Female
Adoption Fee: $5
Get ready for cuteness overload! Angel 1 is a sweet little dwarf hamster who came in with her mom and four siblings when she was just days old. Her owners could no longer take care of them and now they are all old enough to find new homes. Come in to see them today…but don’t fret if you can’t find them…they’re probably burrowed down in their bedding taking naps!
