KIND OF A BIG DEAL ...

Who doesn't love a good moon bounce—our bouncer, or bounce house, whatever you want to call it. A Baltimore business is offering a significant reduction in price for renting one—and they'll throw in a popcorn maker, too. For $137—half the regular price—you can rent a princess, castle, or sports-themed bounce house for six hours from Big House of Bounce. Add to your kid's birthday party, graduation party or to any organization or neighborhood event with this Living Social deal.

ONE FREE SPOT TO CHECK OUT ...

Your local school playground. Sure, there are some awesome playgrounds in Bel Air and Fallston. But they're always mobbed on the weekends. Why not just make the short walk or quick drive to the local elementary school and let the kids have fun on the slides, swings and bars? We take our little folks on a walk to the nearest elementary school regularly, and it's never crowded. Good spots for picnics, too. Find your neighboring schools in Aberdeen and Havre de Grace by using our Places directory.

GET A SITTER AND GO...

"" Check out the HdG Drama Guild as they perform a dinner mystery at  at Bulle Rock. The doors open at 6:30, buffet at 7 and the show begins at 7:30 p.m. There will be prizes for the first guests to solve the "whodunit" mystery. Tickets are $55.
