This year Fathers's Day — a day when people in Maryland celebrate their fathers, husbands, sons, brothers or friends who are dads — is on June 19.

Nearly 60 percent of dads actually said in a pre-pandemic survey that Father's Day is their favorite day of the year. While kids may want to go all out, dads for the most part are happy just spending time with their kids on Father’s Day.

Applebee’s: If you buy Dad a $50 gift card, you’ll get a $10 gift card for free.

Baskin-Robbins: Order a Grillmaster cake for dad — a grill disguised as a grill.

Benihana: Receive a $10 promotional card when you purchase $50 in gift cards.

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse: Buy $50 in e-gift cards and get a $10 bonus card valid from June 20 through July 10.

Blaze Pizza: Buy dad a $25 gift card or more before June 30 and receive a $5 gift for yourself.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.: From June 18-20, treat Dad to a special menu of baby back ribs, crab and shrimp boil, andouille sausage, corn on the cob, red potatoes, macaroni and cheese, french fries, and garlic bread.

California Pizza Kitchen: If you buy a pizza, pasta or salad during Father's Day weekend, you’ll get one free on your next visit. Also, if you purchase an e-gift card for $50 or more between June 7 and July 10, you’ll receive a $10 card for free.

Carrabba’s Italian Grill: If you buy Dad a $50 gift card, you’ll get a $10 gift card for free.

Chili’s: Guests can enjoy the Chili’s 3 for $10 menu from June 19-21. If you buy Dad a $50 gift card, you’ll get a $10 e-gift card for free.

Cracker Barrel: Order a side for 10 people or more for Father’s Day weekend and receive a $10 gift card for free.

Einstein Bros. Bagels: All gift cards purchased online are 20 percent off through June 21.

Famous Dave’s: Get $10 free with every $50 gift card purchase.

Fogo de Chão: Most locations will have brunch available until 2 p.m. Children 7-12 eat for half price, while kids 6 and under eat for free.

IHOP- Until July 17, buy $25 or more in gift cards online or in-store and get a $5 bonus card.

Joe’s Crab Shack: Treat Dad to the chain’s special three-course prix fixe menu for $23.99 from June 18-20.
