Anne Arundel County Man Accused Of Sexual Solicitation Of Minor
The 38-year-old man was arrested following an investigation into an online child sex abuse material purchasing operation.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — An Anne Arundel County man is facing charges after state police said he solicited a minor for sex online.
Shawn Livingston, 38, of Annapolis, is charged with sexual solicitation of a minor and knowingly permitting sexual solicitation of a minor following an investigation by Maryland State Police, the agency said in a statement.
In April 2025, police began an investigation into an online child sex abuse material purchasing operation. Police said Livingston was identified as sexually soliciting a minor.

On Thursday, troopers from the Maryland State Police Child Exploitation Unit and officers from the Anne Arundel County Police Department executed a search warrant at Livingston’s home in Annapolis.
Livingston was arrested and taken to the Anne Arundel County Detention Center, where he is being held without bond.
