December 19, 2025 - The "Charm'tastic Mile" of Baltimore (CTMB-1.3) www.thecharmtasticmile.com. The chic & famed 1.3 mile corridor located in the heart of Charm City (Est.1975) that connects Dwtn-West, the Inner Harbor & Harbor East (S. Greene & W. Pratt Street to S. President & Fleet Street) that is now listed on Google search as one of he Top 10-15 Most Famous Streets in America is unveiling its New LOCAL FLAVOR (L-THE MILE) logo poster for its upcoming 10th Anniversary-year (2016-2026)

The start of the New Year of 2026 is less than two-weeks away. The "Charm'tastic Mile", the Iconic 1.3 mile stretch of Dwtn-Charm City, will be celebrating its 10th-year of introduction to Baltimore. One of the major things that the famous street wants to promote is local-business & local flavor that enhances the overall brand of "The Mile" and the city.

The "Charm'tastic Mile" (4-25-2016) shares the same date of introduction to Charm City as the Iconic "Domino Sugars" neon sign (4-25-1951), 65-years apart. 2026 will mark the 75th Anniversary of the majestic neon sign.

The new L-THE MILE logo was inspired by the B'more-Edition MONOPOLY Game that was launched this past October 24th. The "Charm'tastic Mile" was highly featured on the board. The Chance ? Cards are placed on a portion of The "Charm'tastic Mile" (red) Street Sign.

Locals and visiting tourists will see promotions and campaigns all-year long with the L-THE MILE logo being featured. 2026 will also see "Charm City+1" (51), the 51st Anniversary of the Charm City nickname that was coined in 1975 by then Mayor William Donald Schaefer.
