
This nurturing workshop will guide you through practices to enhance awareness and wellness of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit in your role as a caregiver. The program will be presented over 4 weeks, starting on Thursday, January 8, and concluding on Thursday, January 29. You can attend any or all of the sessions.
You’ll learn self-care techniques for managing stress and preventing burnout, gain tools to protect yourself from compassion fatigue, participate in guided activities that will identify areas where you need support, and build meaningful connections with other caregivers who understand the unique challenges and rewards of caring for others.
You’ll also create a sustainable self-care plan that will integrate wellness into your daily routine and nurture long-term balance.
Our workshop leader, Amy Cratty, BSN, RN, NC-BC, will help you continue to offer loving care while maintaining your own well-being. Join us and rediscover the joy, balance, and resilience that come from taking care of YOU.
