Anne Arundel County health officials will offer free confidential HIV testing on Thursday in Annapolis.
Testing and counseling will be available Thursday from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church at 87 West St. and Bay Ridge Apartments Community Center at 1 Bens Drive. Food and giveaways will be available, according to a press release.
