How do you know the teacher?

Educator for my child's school at Germantown Elementary in Annapolis, Md

What does this person teach?

1st Grade

Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Young, enthusiastic and actually cares about the education of a child. Communication is excellent! She keeps tabs on the progression of your child's learning and will often set up meetings or phone calls to give advice so that your child's education is actually valued! Perfect personality and her engagement works wonders with 5, 6 and 7 year olds. We were sad to leave 1st grade...but are ecstatic about her progression to 2nd. Our child is ready, all due to her style of teaching!

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

She is all around perfect! The right mixture of educator, mentor, and mom away from home to your child.
