Police: Woman Went Through Clothes, Furniture in Attempted Robbery
In a separate incident, tools, binoculars and quarters were taken from a vehicle.

A woman reported an attempted robbery to Annapolis police last week.
Police say the incident happened in the 1000 block of President Street at 6 p.m., Sept. 4. The woman told police she was walking to her apartment there when a woman grabbed her by the arm and demanded money. The robber forced her way into the woman's apartment and checked her clothes and bedroom furniture for money. Finding none, she left.
In a separate incident in the 700 block of Bay Ridge Avenue, someone took a gold nylon bag from an unlocked vehicle between 7:30 p.m., Sept. 5 and 6 a.m., Sept. 6. The bag contained Craftsman hand tools, black binoculars and a bag of quarters, according to police.
