Toddler Pinned, Seriously Injured by SUV in Lothian
The incident is being investigated as an accident, according to police.

An 18-moth-old boy was seriously injured in Lothian Thursday morning when an SUV pulled forward and struck him, pinning the child beneath the vehicle, according to Anne Arundel County officials.
The accident occurred at 8:22 a.m. Thursday morning in the 1200 block Mt. Zion Marlboro Road at a private residence, according to Anne Arundel County police spokesperson Justin Mulcahy.
WBAL reports that the child was freed from beneath the vehicle and transported by helicopter to Johns Hopkins Children's Center with "very serious injuries."
It is unknown if the child was related to the driver. Mulcahy said the incident is currently being investigated as an accident.
