Annapolis Resident Sitting on $1 Million in Lottery Winnings
A $1 million ticket was sold at the High's located at 158 Old Mill Bottom Road in Annapolis.

One lucky Annapolis resident struck gold with a Mega Millions lottery ticket.
A $1 million winning ticket was sold to a resident at the High's located at 158 Old Mill Bottom Road in Annapolis, according to a state spokesperson. The identity of the winner is not yet known, but they must claim their prize at the Maryland Lottery Headquarters in Baltimore.
The $1 million prize is among the second-tier lottery prizes in the Mega Millions lottery, which produced two jackpot winners Tuesday night—one in Georgia, and one in California.
The winning numbers last night were 8-14-17-20-39 with a Mega Ball of 7.
Maryland has already had three Mega Millions jackpot winners this year, including a Broadneck resident who won $1 million in October, an Odenton man who chose to remain anonymous after winning $189 million in October, and a Mt. Airy couple who won $26 million in February.Â
