From Anne Arundel County:
County Executive Steve Schuh announced that Anne Arundel County’s “Not My Child” heroin abuse prevention and awareness program will be featured at the 2016 Maryland Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) Conference in Marriottsville, Maryland on October 21.
“As we fight heroin addiction in every corner of our county, we need to continue to educate all our citizens about how this drug destroys lives and families,” said Schuh. “Our ‘Not My Child’ has become the gold standard for educating both parents and children about the dangers of addiction, not only in Anne Arundel County, but in other jurisdictions as well."
