Applicants Wanted for Anne Arundel Planning Advisory Board

If you're interested in participating in the review of the capital budget program for Anne Arundel County, the county executive is currently seeking new members for the Planning Advisory Board.

According to a press release from the county:

The seven-member board is responsible for reviewing projects in the capital budget and making recommendations to the county executive. Members are responsible to attend at least 10 meetings annually, and must be residents of Anne Arundel County. Most meetings occur during daytime hours.

The board has already held three work sessions on the FY2014 capital budget and six-year program, and now begins the process of considering the funds available to support projects, the priorities of various agencies and staff guidance.
