Armed Robbery Arrests in Pasadena

Six youths were arrested and charged after a Tuesday night robbery near Pine Haven Drive in Pasadena.

The victims, two 14-year-old males and a 13-year-old-male, called police and reported that they were walking near Queens Park and Duvall Highway when the suspects approached them on bicycles and demanded that they empty their pockets. One of the suspects also displayed a knife.

The victims turned over their cell phones, money and other items then fled on foot. Police searched the area and apprehended the suspects soon after. The victims later identified the suspects.

The suspects included Dashawn Sumler, 17, of Pasadena, Garrett Francis Thompson, 17, of Pasadena, a 16-year-old from Baltimore, a 15-year-old from Pasadena and two 15-year-olds from Glen Burnie.
