Board of Education to Vote on Interim Superintendent

Anne Arundel County's school board will vote Tuesday on an interim superintendent.

The 1 p.m. meeting will also be aired live on AACPS-TV.

Last month, Superintendent Kevin Maxwell resigned to become CEO of Prince George's County Public Schools. His last day on the job in Anne Arundel County is July 31. State law will allow the interim superintendent to serve until June 30, 2014, officials said in a release.
