Authorities said a preliminary forensic review of his online platforms revealed numerous virtual engagements, in which he directed juvenile females, aged 10 to 13, to engage in child pornography in the Philippines and around the globe.

The Maryland State Police said they served search and seizure warrants on Turner's home and vehicle on Tuesday alongside the Maryland Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce and Homeland Security Investigations.
Troopers said they arrested Turner on the scene without incident.
Authorities said Turner's charges range from sexual solicitation of a minor to possession of child pornography, among other related charges.
Police said they took Turner to the Jennifer Road Detention Center in Annapolis, where he awaits an initial appearance.
His bail review is scheduled for Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
An attorney was not listed in Turner's case file at the time of writing, so Patch was not able to request a comment from the defense.
