We were delighted to introduce the Class of 2016 Hall of Fame: Scarlett Breeding, Fred Graul, Linda Greene and Larry Ulvila. These outstanding community citizens have positively impacted the quality of life in Anne Arundel County and their significant contributions have touched the lives of many.
