How to Help Make Thanksgiving Special for Seniors in Need
County officials are organizing help for senior citizens who can't otherwise make Thanksgiving a special day.
The county is searching for families willing to share their Thanksgiving with a less fortunate senior citizen.
Each year the Anne Arundel County Department of Social Services organize help for senior citizens who can't otherwise make Thanksgiving a special day.
The Holiday Sharing campaign finds ways for the right families to pitch in by donating food to those in need. Participants can purchase food and personally deliver it during the week of Thanksgiving.
