New Dunkin' Donuts Planned for Riviera Beach

A new Dunkin' Donuts is being proposed for Riviera Beach. 

A developer will submit plans next month for a new donut shop at the corner of Kenwood Road and Fort Smallwood Road.

SAHAJ, LLC, which also owns a Dunkin' Donuts at 8053 Ritchie Hwy in Pasadena, will hold a public meeting in October to present a preliminary site development plan. 

The meeting is schedule for Oct. 8 at 6:15 p.m. in the Riviera Bach Branch Library. 

The new location would be near the site of an existing Dunkin' Donuts at 8487 Fort Smallwood Rd. It is unclear whether that store will remain in place. Wayne Newton, a representative for the developer, did not return an email requesting comment.
