PA Man Dies In Single-Vehicle Crash In Curtis Bay

CURTIS BAY, MD — A Pennsylvania man died early Thursday when his 1994 Ford Mustang slammed into a tree in Curtis Bay, according to Anne Arundel County police.

Frank Howard, 53, of York, Pennsylvania was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, at the intersection of Fort Smallwood Road and Lauren Way. Police said the single-vehicle accident was reported about 4:30 a.m.

The Mustang went off the road and struck a tree. Howard was the only person in the vehicle, police said, and he was pronounced dead by the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
