Jan. 3: At 6:08 a.m., a motor vehicle crash with injury was reported on Rolling Road at Metropolitan Boulevard in Arbutus. Crews from the AVFD and Catonsville career station responded. One person with non-life-threatening injuries was taken to a local hospital.
Jan. 3: At 7:21 a.m., a fall injury was reported on the 1200-block of North Avenue in Arbutus. Crews from the AVFD responded. One person with non-life-threatening injuries was taken to a local hospital.

Jan. 5: At 4:18 p.m., a motor vehicle collision was reported on the 1000-block of Maiden Choice Lane in Arbutus. Crews from the AVFD responded to find property damage but no injuries.
Jan. 6: At 2:22 p.m., a dwelling fire was reported on the unit block of Shadynook Avenue in Catonsville. Crews from the Arbutus and Violetville volunteer stations and Catonsville and Westview career stations responded. A chimney fire was extinguished.
Jan. 7: At 1:37 p.m., a near-drowning was reported on the 1200-block of Linden Avenue in Arbutus. Crews from the AVFD responded and transported one seriously injured person to Johns Hopkins Pediatric Trauma Center.
