Police Blotter: Burglaries in the Area

The following information is provided by the Baltimore County Police Department.

Dec. 13: At about 10 a.m., two unknown subjects cut a window screen and attempted to gain entry to a residence on the 4100-block of McDowell Lane in English Consul. The resident saw the suspects, who ran off. They are described as two black males, about 6' and 180 pounds, wearing black hoodies and jeans.

Dec. 13: At some point between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., an unknown person entered a residence on  the unit block of Twin Circle Way in Baltimore Highlands and took a television set and two video game systems.

Dec. 13: At some point between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., an unknown person entered a residence on the 100-block of Hazel Avenue in Lansdowne by forcing a basement door open. No property was reported missing.

Dec. 14: at 3:45 p.m., four unknown subjects entered a yard on the 2200-block of Gaylawn Drive in Lansdowne and removed a dryer. The suspects were observed arriving in a white pick-up truck, loading the dryer into the truck, and leaving.

Dec. 15: At about 10 p.m., an unknown person entered a residence on the 4000-block of McDowell Lane in English Consul and took a video game system and a laptop computer.

Dec. 15: At about 11:55 p.m., two males were observed removing a television set from a residence on the 2800-block of Alabama Avenue in Baltimore Highlands and place it into a white work van.

Dec. 16: At about 9 a.m., a resident on the 100-block of First Avenue in Lansdowne discovered that an unknown subject attempted to gain access to the basement. The basement door had pry marks and a glass window was broken, but nothing was reportedly missing.

Dec. 16: At about 5 p.m., an unknown person gained entery to the yard of a residence on the 2200-block of Hammonds Ferry Road in Lansdowne and took an electric meter.

Dec. 17: A homeowner on the 1200-block of Stevens Avenue in Arbutus discovered that his lawn mower had been taken from his back yard.

Dec. 18: At some point during the previous three days, an unknown subject forced open the back window of a residence on the 4000-block of Twin Circle Way in Baltimore Highlands and took two video games, a video game system, a television set, two frozen pizzas and fruit punch.

Dec. 18: At some point since 4:30 p.m. the previous day, an unknown person broke into a home on the 400-block of Second Avenue in Lansdowne by smashing a back glass door and took three large jars of change from an upstairs bedroom, valued at about $500
