Save-A-Lot Holding Job Event

Save-A-Lot is holding a two-day job event next week to interview prospective employees for the .

According to district manager Joseph Reiser, Save-A-Lot will be hiring 15-20 full-and part-time employees for the store, which is scheduled to open on Feb. 23.

The company is encouraging individuals interested in applying to Save-A-Lot to drop by the East Drive location on Jan. 23 and 24 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Although many candidates have scheduled appointments for interviews on those dates, walk-ins are also encouraged, Reiser said. People can also apply for jobs through the Save-A-Lot web site.
