The Feb. 26 Blue and Gold banquet for Troop 109 at the Dewey Lowman American Legion Post was delayed slightly for the reading of resolutions from councilman Tom Quirk, presented by community liaison Pete Kriscumas. The resolutions honored Steve and Suzan Smith and Greg and Joeline Miller, recognized the families for their service to Troop 109.
