Sadler, a paramedic and firefighter, was battling the flames from the row house fire when the building collapsed, trapping her and three other first responders inside.
Sadler suffered cardiac arrest at the scene, officials said.
Two other firefighters, Lt. Paul Butrim and EMT/Firefighter Kenneth Lacayo, also died fighting the fire.
John McMaster, a fourth firefighter injured in the blaze, was released from the hospital Thursday, the department said.
