Man Who Died In Inner Harbor Mourned In Delaware
A school district in Delaware is mourning the loss of a 25-year-old who died in the Inner Harbor.
BALTIMORE, MD — A man who was found in the Inner Harbor has been identified.
Elbridge Murray, 25, was found in the water in the 700 block of Aliceanna Street, the Baltimore Police Department reported Saturday morning.
Officials issued a lookout for Murray Friday when he disappeared the night before Thanksgiving.

He body was found in the water in the Harbor East area around 10 p.m. Friday, police told the Baltimore Sun, which reported investigators did not suspect foul play.
His body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death, as the circumstances remain under investigation.

Murray was riding an electric scooter from Fells Point to his Federal Hill home when he disappeared, according to Coastal Point, a newspaper in Delaware, where his family lives.
His parents work for the Indian River School District in Sussex County, Del., according to Delaware News Journal, which reported Murray — whose nickname was "Ridge" — graduated from Indian River High School there.
His father is an elementary school vice principal, and his mother is a secondary English language arts interventionist.
According to a statement issued by the school district from Murray's family, he "passed away from injuries sustained in an accident."
