New Year's Weekend: MTA Schedule Change

Service changes effective Saturday, December 31, 2016 until Sunday, January 1, 2017.

From MTA Maryland: Effective Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 9:00 PM until Sunday, January 1, 2017 at 12:30 AM the following streets will be closed for the New Year’s Eve Spectacular at the Baltimore Inner Harbor:

• Pratt Street at Charles Street

• Lombard Street at President Street

• Southbound Light Street at Lombard Street

• Northbound Light Street at Lee Street

These closures will necessitate the following diversions:

No. 1

Southbound: Via the regular eastbound route on Baltimore Street to Liberty Street/Hopkins Place, then:

Right on Hopkins Place

South on Sharp Street

Left on Henrietta Street

Right on Hanover Street, then via the regular route.

Northbound: No Change.

No. 3

Southbound: Via the regular southbound route on Hopkins Place to Lombard

Street, then:

Right on Lombard Street

Right on Howard Street and layover on Howard Street at 1st Mariner Arena.

Northbound: From temporary layover point on Howard Street at The Baltimore

Arena Straight on Howard Street

Right on Baltimore Street

Left on Charles Street, then via the regular route.

No. 7

Southbound: Via the regular southbound route on Greene Street to Baltimore Street, then: Left on Baltimore Street

Right on Central Avenue

Left on Pratt Street, then via the regular route.

Northbound: Via the regular westbound route on Lombard Street to Central Avenue, then: Right on Central Avenue

Left on Fayette Street

Left on Light Street

Right on Lombard Street, then via the regular route.

No. 10

Eastbound: Via the regular eastbound route on Baltimore Street to Light Street, then:

Straight on Baltimore Street

Right on Central Avenue

Left on Pratt Street then via the regular route.

Westbound: Via the regular westbound route on Lombard Street to Central

Avenue, then:

Right on Central Avenue

Left on Fayette Street

Left on Light Street

Right on Lombard Street, then via the regular route.

No. 11

Southbound: Via the regular southbound route on Liberty Street to Lombard Street, then:

Right on Lombard Street

Right on Howard Street and layover at the first bus stop

Northbound: From the layover on Howard Street between Lombard Street and Baltimore Street, then:

Straight on Howard Street

Right on Baltimore Street

Left on Charles Street, then via the regular route.

No. 19

Northbound: Via the regular southbound route on Eutaw Street to Baltimore Street, then:

Left on Baltimore Street

Left on Gay Street, then via the regular route.

Southbound: Via the regular southbound route on Guilford Avenue to Fayette Street, then:

Right on Fayette Street

Right on Howard Street, then via the regular route.

Eastbound: Via the regular route southbound on Martin Luther King Boulevard to Baltimore Street, then:

Left on Baltimore Street

Right on Central Avenue

Left on Fleet Street, then via the regular route

Westbound: Via the regular route on Fleet Street to Central Avenue,

then:

Right on Central Avenue

Left on Fayette Street

Left on Eutaw Street

Right on Lombard Street, then via the regular route

Eastbound: Via the regular eastbound route on Pratt Street to Paca Street, then:

Left on Paca Street

Right on Baltimore Street

Left on Calvert Street, then via the regular route.

Westbound: Via the regular southbound route on Guilford Avenue to Fayette Street, then:

Right on Fayette Street

Left on Eutaw Street

Right on Lombard Street, then via the regular route.

Southbound: Via the regular southbound route on Light Street to Fayette Street, then:

Right on Fayette Street

Left on Liberty Street

Straight Hopkins Place

Straight on Sharp Street

Left on Henrietta Street

Right on Light Street, then via the regular route.
