MARYLAND — A severe thunderstorm watch is in effect for portions of Maryland through 10 p.m. Monday, according to Accuweather.

According to the National Weather Service, scattered severe thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts are possible this afternoon and evening. An isolated instance of flooding is also possible.
