TOWSON, MD — A Towson University graduate has made a splash in the sports and fashion worlds since designing a Travis Kelce Kansas City Chiefs jersey jacket for his girlfriend, superstar Taylor Swift.
Fashion designer Kristin Juszczyk is using her newfound platform to fundraise for charity, creating a hand-sewn Super Bowl puffer vest that's up for auction. All proceeds will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
The auction price was up to $33,800 when this story was published. The auction closes Saturday at 11:59 p.m.

"I’m so excited!!! Ahhhhhh," Juszczyk said in a Thursday Instagram post announcing the auction.
Juszczyk is originally from New York. She graduated from Towson in 2016, The Baltimore Sun said. She met her husband, former Ravens fullback Kyle Juszczyk, while at Towson. The couple moved to the San Francisco area when her husband signed with the 49ers in 2017.

The San Francisco 49ers face defending champion Chiefs in Super Bowl 58 on Sunday in Las Vegas.
Juszczyk started making her own outfits when the couple wanted a custom Halloween costume one year, NBC Sports Bay Area said.
She later started converting jerseys into other clothing, drawing interest from big-name athletes and their wives, including Brittany Mahomes, wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Juszczyk has designed pieces this season for Olympic gymnast Simon Biles, along with 49ers wide receivers Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel.
That popularity kicked into overdrive last month.
Juszczyk designed this Kelce jersey jacket for Swift to wear during the Chiefs' Jan. 13 wild card win over the Miami Dophins.
Juszczyk capitalized on her rising popularity and the Super Bowl buzz for this week's charity auction.
The black puffer vest is Juszczyk's first design officially licensed by the NFL.
The unisex large vest has the Super Bowl 58 logo on the front left shoulder. The number 58 covers the chest and back. The numbers are filled with the Super Bowl logo's colors.
The nameplate on the back reads "SUPER BOWL." The Roman numerals for the game, LVIII, line the collar. The front bottom right has the date and the teams playing in the big game.
