Baltimore, MD (July 15, 2025) — Solar Gaines, a leading commercial solar construction firm in the Mid-Atlantic, has announced two high-impact hires that will instantly bolster the company’s proven capabilities. With a combined industry expertise of more than 35 years, the additions of Angeline Hannachi, PMP, as Project Manager and Peter Molloy as Senior Estimator, position Solar Gaines to aggressively accelerate its growth within the solar industry and across its expanding Mid-Atlantic footprint.

As Project Manager, Angeline will oversee the entire lifecycle of the firm’s solar projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and uphold the company’s renowned standards of quality. She will also serve as the primary liaison for Solar Gaines’ clients, engineers, contractors and other project consultants throughout every phase of a project.
Angeline, a certified Project Management Professional, brings more than 15 years of construction project management experience to Solar Gaines, including nearly six years in the solar industry. Over the course of her career, she has led a portfolio of large-scale utility projects totaling 200 megawatts in capacity. Last year, she successfully managed a 130-megawatt utility-scale project in Winchester, Virginia, which earned the Governor’s Environmental Excellence Award.
Peter joins Solar Gaines as a Senior Estimator, where he will lead the development of comprehensive and precise cost estimates for the firm’s solar projects. In addition to estimates, he will be responsible for identifying potential project risks, assessing project specifications and requirements, and offering strategic input to support informed decision-making across every phase of the firm’s projects.
Peter is an accomplished leader in the clean energy transition, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the renewable energy space. He has spearheaded estimation and pre-construction efforts for some of the nation’s most complex and challenging solar and battery storage projects, consistently delivering successful results in highly demanding markets. Peter’s experience has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the costs involved in building renewable energy projects.
