Under Armour To Move Global HQ To South Baltimore Next Week: Report
The five-story, 280,000-square-foot building on the Baltimore Peninsula will also feature a retail store, the report said.
BALTIMORE, MD — Sportswear company Under Armour is slated to move into its new global headquarters in South Baltimore next week, according to a report.
The company's new five-story, 280,000-square-foot building is part of a Baltimore Peninsula development project that's been in the works for nearly a decade, the Baltimore Banner reported. The headquarters will feature a flagship retail store that will also serve as a "living laboratory" for new products.
Approximately 1,500 employees will work at the new headquarters when the move is complete, a company spokeswoman told the Banner.
