BALTIMORE, MD — After a cargo ship hit the Francis Scott Key Bridge about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, sending a section of Interstate 696 and the bridge span falling into the Patapsco River. Baltimore's fire chief said he believes at least seven people are missing, although the number has ranged as high as 20 earlier in the night.
