1 Flown to Shock Trauma After Accident in Abingdon

One person was flown to Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore for treatment of injuries sustained in a late Friday morning crash.

Shortly before 11:45 a.m., an accident took place in the area of Maryland Route 543 and Maryland Route 136, said , spokesman for Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.

One vehicle was involved in the crash, Gardiner said.

Two people were injured in the crash. One person was flown by medevac to Shock Trauma and a second was taken by ambulance to in Bel Air, Gardiner said.
